Dr. Fathi is a skilled and experienced Hospital Management Assistant Professor with expertise in teaching, academic accreditation, managerial abilities, and research skills. His accomplishments include participation in accreditation efforts in healthcare education, extensive knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations & matching between theory and practice since he worked earlier as a managing director in a hospital.

Short Bio

Dr. Fathi received his Ph.D. in Hospital Management from the University of Wales in the United Kingdom, MA in the same specialization from the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, and BA degree in Management from An-Najah National University in Palestine. He gained a “Teacher Certificate in Adult Education” from Park Lane College in Leeds- UK.

Dr. Fathi has the privilege to put theory into practice as he worked as a Managing Director for a hospital. He also worked as a private trainer in self-development for 2 years in the UK. He worked as a lecturer and head of the Healthcare Administration Department in AL- Ghad International Colleges for Health Sciences- Najran Branch- KSA. During his work in the noted college, he was involved in membership of several committees since he served as Chairman for Program Development Committee and Curriculum Description Committee in Health Care Administration Department. He also worked as Assistant Professor for Al Falah University (Business Administration College- Health Management Department)- Dubai- UAE. Currently, he is working as Assistant Professor for Liwa College- Heath Management Department- Abu Dhabi- UAE.
