Prior to joining Liwa College, Dr. Hani Selim embarked on a diverse professional journey. He commenced his career as a computer programmer at the Egyptian tax authority and later assumed the role of a supervisor at a training center, amassing eight years of invaluable experience. Following the attainment of a postgraduate diploma in computer applications for commercial domains, he assumed the mantle of administrative manager in various private enterprises.

With a fervent commitment to continuous growth, Dr. Selim pursued further academic pursuits, culminating in the acquisition of a master’s degree and a doctorate in management. His thirst for knowledge led him to training programs across renowned institutes. His academic voyage advanced as he assumed the position of an assistant professor at Al-Khwarizmi International College, where he spearheaded the Foundation Program. Subsequently, he ascended to head the Student Affairs Department, concurrently enriching the educational landscape through teaching engagements in select private institutions in the UAE.

Dr. Selim’s dedication extended beyond pedagogy, branching into prolific research endeavors focusing on higher education quality.
