With a track record of impactful research, numerous publications, and a deep understanding of fuzzy logic, machine learning, and AI, I am poised to make significant contributions to both academia and research. My passion for innovation and problem-solving drives me to explore the frontiers of computer science and apply my expertise to tackle complex challenges.

Short Bio

Before joining LC, Dr. Hikmat was a Postdoctoral fellow in the College of Information Technology at United Arab Emirates University, UAE. He was involved in different research projects sponsored by UAE University and in collaboration with Khalifa and Zayed Universities. Dr. Hikmat currently works as an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business Information Technology at Liwa College. His current research focuses on the IoTs/IoMTs, SDR technologies, and Digital Twins using AI tools, including statistical and machine/deep learning models, to improve the quality of life (QoL). During his graduate studies, he has worked on biomedical signal and image processing, enhancement, fusion, and classification by applying MRA/MGA transformation, fuzzy reasoning, and machine/deep learning models. He has targeted well-reputed peer-reviewed Journals (e.g., IEEE, Elsevier, and Springers) and Conferences (e.g., IEEE) for publishing his work.
