Dr. Khalil earned his PhD in Computer Engineering from the Institute National Polytechnique de Grenoble, France, and has an extensive teaching career that includes tenures at Al-Khawarizmi International College, Institute of Applied Technology, Ajman University of Science & Technology, and King Faisal University. His professional journey also encompasses significant software development experience, notably with INFOPLUS in Lebanon.

Dr. Khalil’s research interests include database systems, cryptography, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, evidenced by numerous publications and two patents in these areas. He has contributed to significant projects like the development of an OCR system for handwritten character recognition.
