An accomplished professional with impressive track record of 20 years of experience in both academia and industry. Multidisciplinary core-competencies include E-learning, Instructional Design, and Sustainability initiatives. My teaching expertise extends to Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Strategic Management, and Internship supervision. Primary research focus is on the field of Sustainability and Digital Transformation demonstrating a commitment to addressing modern challenges and fostering positive change.
Dr. Pradeep earned her MPhil and Ph.D. in Economics from the Department of Applied Economics, Cochin University of Science and Technology in India, where she researched the socio-economics of sustainable resource management. She has also completed two executive education programs at the MIT Sloan School of Management, including “Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy” and “Digital Business Strategy: Harnessing Our Digital Future”. Her research interests include Digital Transformation, Entrepreneurship, Customer Satisfaction, Foreign Direct Investment, and Sustainable Resource Management. She has participated in several research/academic/industry conferences locally and internationally. Besides her teaching experience in India, since 2017, Dr. Suja Pradeep has been serving as an Assistant Professor in the Business Administration Department at Khawarizmi International College, where she led the eLearning initiatives of KIC. At KIC, she was also the Faculty Coordinator of the Sustainable Campus Initiative (SCI) program of Environment Agency Abu Dhabi and founded a student club for such initiatives. In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Suja Pradeep has 15 years of experience in co-founding and leading one of the largest chains of wellness brands across the UAE and India.
