Dr. Yasir Yousif Aboalgasim assistant professor in the Digital media Department at the Media faculty,
25 years’ experience in teaching and administration aspects in the Institutions of higher education.
He held several administrative positions, the most important of which are the head of the radio and television department, the dean of the Faculty of Media at Omdurman University, the head of the media department, and the head of the digital media department at Liwa College.
Dr. Yasir has long teaching experience of more than 25 years teaching general and specialized media courses. He has many research contributions and scientific contributions. He also participated in several scientific and administrative committees and scientific conferences internally and externally.
He holds a BA in Mass Communication in radio and television from the College of Mass Communication at Omdurman Islamic University in Sudan in 1995 and a master’s degree in mass communication in radio and television from the College of Mass Communication in Omdurman Islamic University in 2001 and a PhD in Mass Communication in radio and television from the Faculty of Arts. Media at Omdurman Islamic University In 2007, a supervisor at the Knowledge Pillars Foundation for Studies and Research, a trainer at the Vision Media Production Company, a trainer at the Center for Strategic Studies and Research, a consultant for the Vision Center for Public Opinion Studies, an arbitrator, and a consultant for the Scientific Science and Technology Journal of the Sudan University of Science and Technology 2012 AD, an accredited supervisor for postgraduate studies at the Arab American Open University and a professor at the Faculty Postgraduate Studies Pre-Master of Media and Editorial Consultant for the Political File – Knowledge Pillars Foundation for Studies and Research and Assistant Professor at the Emirates College of Technology – Abu Dhabi. He has six published research papers and five unpublished research papers. He participated in five conferences and many forums, courses, and workshops. He has made academic scientific contributions by supervising 21 master’s theses and discussing 25 master’s theses.
