What are the requirements to get my graduation certificate?

You must pass the required credit hours in your specialization in the specified period and obtain a CGPA of 2.0 or more.

Diploma: You must complete the required courses in your specialization within four years. One more year might be permitted in emergency circumstances if approved by the Dean of the Faculty.

Bachelor’s Degree: You must complete the required courses in not more than seven academic years. One more year might be permitted in emergency circumstances if approved by the Dean of the Faculty.

What is the process to attend the Graduation Ceremony?

Once you are expected to graduate within the academic year, you will receive an invitation to register for the graduation ceremony and Student Affairs Department will guide you through the process. 

Will the Graduation Ceremony be held annually or each semester?

It will be held annually, usually at the end of the second semester. Students who have completed the necessary requirements to graduate for the Fall, and Spring semesters, in addition to those who are expected to graduate in Summer (lacking only three courses), are allowed to attend the ceremony.

When and how can I get my graduation certificate?

You will receive your graduation certificate two months after the results have been announced. You can collect it from the Registration Office after presenting a clearance form and paying all fees due.

Will LC attest the graduation certificate and transcript?

It is your responsibility to attest your graduation certificate and transcript through the Ministry of  Education and Scientific Research.

If I still have one course to graduate in summer and this course is not offered at the College in this particular semester, can I enroll for this course at another university or college?

If you are expected to graduate in your final academic semester, you can enroll in a course in another university or college if the course is not offered at LC during the required semester.  You must obtain official approval from the Dean of the Faculty before enrolling in another college.
