The Student Affairs Department at Liwa College- Al Ain Campus organized an awareness workshop about Breast Cancer, in cooperation with the Health Science Department. The workshop was presented by Dr. Ashgan Abd Elhalim (Assistant Professor of Hematology and Molecular Hematology) in the Al Ain Campus Seminar Room. Dr. Ashgan stressed the necessity of conducting periodic examinations for early detection of breast cancer, considering the steady increase in its numbers recently, which is a dangerous indicator.
