Ryadh Ben Amor holds a Ph.D. in the technology of arts from the University of Tunis and possesses over 25 years of expertise in teaching Visual Communication, Video Editing, Digital Media, and Graphic Design at diverse fine arts and design universities. He has proficiency in both teaching and professional management. Since 2012, he has been based in the UAE, accruing valuable experience in higher education, cinema, art exhibitions, and animation. Starting in 2015, he was appointed as an assistant professor at Liwa College. During this tenure, he undertook multiple responsibilities, including heading the Graphic Design Department, leading the exam committee, and serving as an assessor.

Short Bio

Dr. Ryadh Ben Amor holds a Ph.D. in the sciences and techniques of Arts from the University of Tunis. With 26 years of experience, he has taught Visual Communication, Video Editing, TV Broadcasting, Digital Media, and Graphic Design at various Fine Arts, Media, and Design universities. His expertise spans fields such as Painting, Graphic Design, Photography, Video Editing, 3D, illustration, caricature, and storyboard creation for cinema and animation.
He has a strong background in both teaching and managing an advertising agency, blending academic and professional roles. His accomplishments include designing logos, illustrating textbooks across Tunisia, Morocco, and Mauritania, publishing caricatures in newspapers, and orchestrating awareness campaigns. Since 2012, he resides in the United Arab Emirates, gaining insights into Cinema production, Art exhibitions, and animation. From 2015 to the present, he serves as an assistant professor at Liwa College, where he headed the Graphic Design Department for four years.
He’s delivered courses in English and Arabic covering Digital Media, Video Editing, Visual Communication, Graphic Design for TV, and other Media subjects. Moreover, he actively engages in Scopus scientific research pertaining to Media and Higher Education.
