Ms. Kauser has earned her master’s degree in educational leadership with distinction and received the Honors Award from Abu Dhabi University for her academic excellence. In her professional journey, she has constantly demonstrated her leadership skills, and she believes strongly in transforming education through innovative teaching methods. She has completed her first Master’s in literature from Osmania University in India. She also holds a certification in International Business Skills. She has attended and taken part in many conferences in India and the UAE. Ms. Kauser currently is a senior lecturer at Liwa College in the General Education Department. She specializes in teaching Critical Thinking, Professional Ethics, and other courses in the General Education Department. Her main area in the Research field is Education Psychology and Leadership. Apart from being a teacher, Ms. Kauser has significantly contributed to extracurricular activities in her previous work. She has excellent organizing skills and has taken an active part in many events. Kauser’s main idea is to foster self-confidence in students so that they can take risks persevere through challenges and come out with success.
